That's right. LOL Darra Kollios was fired from the Trinity Grill in New Port Richey, Florida (of course) was fired for LAUGHING.
What kind of a stupid rule is that? Employees can't have fun? They can't enjoy their customers? HELLO?
If my boss ever said he or she was going to fire me for laughing I would laugh right in their face. In fact, I would look at the customer next to me and say, "Did you hear that?" and then laugh as loud as I could. That is really pathetic. Customers like it when the place they visit is a happy place. They enjoy the laughter and fun.
Fortunately, this place is going to be the laughing stock of the restaurants. I hope for the grill's sake the owner is not the boss because if I owned the place then I would fire that boss so fast he or she wouldn't have known what hit them.
