Wow - Some Police Officer

Remind me not to move to this guy's town. This cat got out and his poor owner couldn't get him out of the tree in the neighbor's yard. Instead, Sgt. Thompson decided to yell and scream at the guy.

Isn't he supposed to be a hero? Isn't he supposed to be someone who kids, people, and animals look up to? Hmmm?? Does he hate cats? Is he a dog person? I have no idea, but I know that I wouldn't feel safe in his neighborhood with that attitude.
