This is the kind of news I dream for. New Jersey councilman Steven Lipski allegedly peed on a crowd of people from a nightclub balcony in Washington D.C. Afterwards he swore he would lay off the alcohol.
LOL figures...he's a Democrat. They're used to pissing on people and pretending it's all okie dokie and everyone will forgive them.
